Data collection

Pomodoro Planner does not collect personal data for analytics or advertising, does not require an account, and does not include third-party tracking SDKs.

On-device data

Tasks, plans, timer settings, and session history are stored locally (including in easefocus.store). They are not uploaded to a developer backend.

Apple Intelligence

When Apple Intelligence is available, plan generation and quote selection can run on device. Apple Intelligence is optional; manual tasks and the timer work without it.

Optional quote list fetch

The app may fetch a public JSON quote list over HTTPS and merge new attributed quotes into the local library. That request does not send your account, tasks, or plans.
